Another Successful Corporate Day 2012
Two days ago, Royal Bay Care Homes gathered together a number of Home Managers, Deputies, Administrators as well as Associates and Directors in a conference suite in a hotel in Eastleigh.
With a mixture of ice breakers, role play, topical assignments/performances, a guest speaker and the usual blend of coffee, tea and lunch buffet; this year turned out to be one of our best yet!
Royal Bay Corporate days allow us to get together, butt heads and discuss any issues our staff may have encountered within the past twelve months in order to come to a conclusion on how to deal with the future. As well as coming together to celebrate our achievements and sing the praises of all the hard that our dedicated staff put into our homes.
We all had a great time, with a number of laughs as well as coming away having learnt a lot, and already look forward to next year!
